I am having a great experience here. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Special shoutout to Sierra, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions, making everything smooth and stress free. Her customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. Sierra was the best. I've seen reviews with her name and obviously why. She really took her time with us on the tour and made sure we felt comfortable. There's a real sense of calm here and everything just feels fresh. My family and I can't wait to move into such a beautiful place.

Monteverde is a great community and we love living here. The team is so helpful and obviously cares about their tenants. From the application process to now, Sierra has been attentive, as well as the rest of the team. We’re so happy we made the decision to move here!

We absolutely love the community at Monteverde! This was the first stop on our apartment tour and the last!! We fell in love immediately, and with Sierra’s help, we were moved in sooner than we could blink! The staff is great, the grounds are maintained always, and after months of living here we still have not had a single issue! The location is extremely accessible to all of San Antonio and is safe and quiet! This is the place to be!

Very nice property with friendly staff. They showed me 2 apartments that were very nice.
