Palmetto Pointe

These are NOT LUXURY apartments. The community has pest control issues, valet trash does not come around. The walls are thin. Trash on the hallways, roaches are crawling up walls, mice in closets and bathrooms. The smell is horrific, kids play in parking lot. Apartments get broken into. Had office notified about neighbors having trash on hallway and near stairs they did NOTHING. Mailbox was broken and was not USABLE for months. We are told the community is good etc. Yet they do not communicate… with tenants and how they are not following policies. Cars get stolen. Management will not provide a valid solution to pest control problems, or theft issues. Gate is always malfunctioning. But they will take any opportunity to charge for anything possible.

Outrageous moving out fees with cleaning services (even after you paid a third party cleaning service and returned apartment clean was told the first walk though was good and than got an updated bill without any data as to what the charges were for. Worst management team I seen other reviews on other sites and they are updating them that they are being told to remove the posts of unsatisfactory services!!! Read More

This property has a terrible bug problem. We took every action we could, we sprayed, we called pest control, we emptied all the cabinets and sprayed but nothing helped. You know it’s bad when there is a waiting list to get your apartment sprayed. We lived on the second floor and it was still horrible. I can only imagine what it was like on the first floor. There were bugs in our cabinets, in our drawers, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Not sure where they were coming from, probably behind… the oven and fridge. We have moved and are still killing them off because apparently it was so bad they moved with us. All I can say is save yourself the trouble and do not move in these apartments. Read More

Lived here for two years and parked in the same spot that I pay for yet I got towed still… gates haven’t worked in a month. They don’t enforce any of the rules. Ppl leave theirs trash outside all day

They provided the best service of any apartment I have looked at! From the moment we walked in they were super helpful and accommodating to what we needed. Very happy with our choice!
