Roach Motel

I lived there 1 year. Only because I signed a one year lease. I could not wait to move! I had to throw out my furniture because they are infested with roaches. They must have 50 different species. Pest control is a joke. The office takes forever to respond, if they do at all. Constant plumbing issues. Neighbors yelling and fighting and shooting is the norm. Crackheads knocking on the door begging for money at all hours. Do not recommend.

Pecan Valley

Maintenance never fixes issues. Toxic mold growing in units. End of story

Better improvement

Mellissa is very nice and maintenance comes out to check problems , I do have a lil problem with roaches but I can seal cracks and spray raid to get them out my apartment. I’m thinking about staying here a few years

Pecan Valley

They have been making changes here and adding new AC units. It's mostly quiet and my kids love the park and lake behind the apartments

Horrible!!!!! Don't move here!!!!!

Roaches have infested this place and brown recluse spiders!! Neighbors are extremely noisy and causing trouble all the time. Police are here all the time. I has a robbery!! Nothing was done!!
