Presidio Flats

Le daria -5 estrellas. No consideren en sus opciones a Presidio Flats ??. Desafortunadamente hemos tenido muy mala experiencia. El AC tiene una gotera grande esa agua se filtra a la alfombra de la recámara y ha de estar llena de moho lo cual es dañino para la salud. El fregadero tiene 1 semana que se tapa( no lo hemos usado) y aparece lleno con agua sucia la cual tenemos que sacar con tinas y tirarla afuera porque son desechos de lo otros departamentos. Ya lo reportamos y aún no vienen personas… especializadas a resolver el problema. Es complicado cocinar y lavar los trastes ya que esté inhabilitado.

Ive lived here about a year and a half and i must say its been turned upside down..when i got to the meadow run apartments i did have a couple issues with the place but after change in management everything is starting to look up..every request ive put in has been taken care of almost in the same day..security makes it easier to sleep at night knowing theres someone taking care of you personal property..all around its a great place to live and im sure it will only get better.

It's full of roaches and the managers are useless they don't fix anything I've lived here for a while and never have they spayed for roaches manager is lazy does not do her job and they have a useless girl upfront that doesn't know how to run it .the manager before was charging a lot of late fees later found out she got fired for pocketing all those fees where is the discipline for the embezzlement that's going on here I will never recommend anyone to stay here is more give me your money and… never fix anything attack of the killer roaches beware. The worst apartment to live. The meadowrun apartment is famous with bugs. There are a lot of bugs. The apartment is really old, the facilities are old and dirty. The leasing agent is really rude. No air-conditioner, in summer it's pretty hot. Our apartment had rat before. They didn't tell you where to park and you need to get a tap if you want to park before you live in, and they will tow your car .
