Rosie the manager we have since Nov 2023 has been very helpful, helps you with anything and everything she can to help you feel safe and comfortable. She also a hardworking lady and helps with paperwork that we get in the mail, that has to do with Housing. She has been the best manager we’ve had in a long time. In my opinion she is has done a lot to improve our living conditions with the homeless and and trespassing in our building. The manager Brianna is very kind and helpful. The maintenance man is very hard working.

This is a senior citizen community. I've lived here for over 13 years and after the first manager/owner from 2010-2013, all management companies have been getting increasingly worse. Outside and inside has not been cleaned for many years. Homeless, sleeping in the building, no security. Too many service animals, roaches, inadequate pest control, smoking indoors, poor, inadequate maintenance. Poor relations with on-site managers.
