UNINHABITABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE.

.THE LOW QUALITY OF APARTMENTS YOU WILL RECEIVE IS RIDICULOUSLY BAD.
These apartments are in terrible condition when you receive them after signing the contract, not worth the money you are paying for it. If you rent an apartment her you will be paying for a pool that is always dirty and a gym that is not open. You will not be safe and peaceful while living here. Things that you leave inside your car or truck will be constantly stolen, si no es que hasta tu camioneta te roban just like they did... to me. We have tried to get ride of the rouges but unfortunately its almost impossible while living here. The only reason why we haven't broke the contract is because of all the extra money they ask you to pay in order for you to break the contract.

The Property is Excellent

I have been a Tenant as of March 8th, 2020. I have had no problems since I've been here. When I first applied, I was greeted by a lady named IDE. IDE was a great help and helped me find the unit I was looking for. All workers are great!
