Peaceful and welcoming
The community is quiet, the amenities are great, & the staff has been kind and helpful. It’s been a comfortable place to call home. Maintenance is timely, and there are lots of beautiful trees if you enjoy nature. My dogs love it here too, there are plenty of friendly pet owners around. I love the spacious layout, the location is super convenient, and the overall aesthetic of the property is nice. I appreciate how easy it’s been to settle in. Also shout out to Inez and Deanna both super helpful... and kindhearted!!

Great place
Its great living at the Renata I was a tenant for 8 years and only bad thing I had ever experienced was no notice when pool was closed and some roaches. The manger was great Ashley and always helpful when I need assistance. Maintenace was always quick to fix a situation. To be honest I miss it there it was great price and convenient to all sides of town.
