Maintenance requests are ignored

I have had the weather stripping replaced on my door already and now that it’s worn to where I can see to the other side of the door they are calling it an a/c issue and saying everything is fine. Maintenance requests are often times tossed aside.

Horrible SCAM!

Communism and roaches. On top of all the roaches this place is making all residents get the same internet and cable for 80 a month. Residents do not have choice now with what internet and/cable they want. Who wants cable now anyways? Nobody! They are forcing us to pay for cable by adding it directly to our rent, you no longer have control over your accounts. They control your internet/cable, force you to pay their amount and take the choice out of your hands. This is freaking America BLUE SWAN!... There are much better places around the area to live, I'm moving as soon as I can!

Bitter, crooked, string arming

Current resident, these people are horrible. Been dealing with fire ants since day 1, found roaches by day 3 and the most rambunctious neighbors daily! Of course I complained but it feel on deaf ears. We were initially told that there would be no-one above us! So we submitted our 60 day notice, per our lease, paid our rent and was going to pay our end termination fee. This crooked manager, Pam, actually threatened to evict us because we didn't pay it right away?! When I questioned her on it, she... claimed that she can evict us if we have an unpaid balance. I asked her, "How can you evict us when we're already leaving?"... Don't move here. Getting a lawyer!

Awful!

The place has rats! Their "timely manner" is anything but timely. Have not had a place live for one week now. Neighbor underneath me also complained of rat problems. Do not lease here!

Y pay RENT like the"Jones" When you don't have to

"Why pay rent like the Jones when you don't have to" Ever wanted to live in an upscale neighborhood but can't afford upscale rent? Or have you ever been judged simply because where you reside,by prospective employers, colleagues, and or merchants? People claim to not be Judgmental but we all do. Hence why I chose to reside at the Blue Swan Apartments it not anything fancy. The amenities are decent, maintenance requests are deal with in a somewhat timely response, the grounds are kept, and so... on. But why do I live here is because I am now considered a CASTLE HILLS Resident!! And with that people look and treat me accordingly.
