Terra Apartments

These are decent apartments. The rent is also okay. The current property manager is cool. If one approaches her in a professional manner and talk clearly, she will understand quickly and will be very helpful and attentive. She is professional and treats people with dignity and respect. I just signed another 12-month lease because of her. She kept my rent under $900.00. This is probably my last lease here though. The pool is dirty and the laundry room is filthy. You don't need a car to live here! There are 2 different bus routes, & they BOTH go downtown..You can go other direction, go shopping@ Walmart & the adjacent shopping center. Plus, there are many stores, shops, & restaurants that you CAN walk to! Yes, the traffic on Rigsby is high(at certain times) Now, the neighbors are decent, good hearted people. They'll stay out of your business BUT at the same time, if you need help or just someone to chat with they're cool.. longtime residents are the... best!! I feel like it's a small, yet friendly atmosphere. Maintenance is good but know that more important issues get seen to first. But he does a really good job. Ofc. mgr. is very nice. Only reason I didn't give it 5 ?is because of the laundry room. But at least we have a laundry room.. though some ppl with cars choose to go elsewhere and do laundry..and that's totally O.K. Read More
