Best Choice I've made in Renting an Apt.
Throughout my application process the Leasing Staff made it so easy by keeping me updated constantly throughout the process. Very thorough which I greatly appreciated. Since I have moved in the office staff is always prompt & professional when it comes to any questions I may have...it feels as though they always have or make the time for you as a resident...even if they are in the middle of something they either try to help right then & there or get right back with you asap! I am glad I made... the decision to make the Blvd @ Medical my new home! Thank you Julie, Raven & the entire staff!

Building is fine but not the management
The society is not the same as it used to be. Trash bins placed next to children's park area. It has the so called gated entry but the gates were broken and took several weeks to be fixed. The new management just cares about extracting money from residents. They were not even aware of the robbery that happened in their own society. The houses are fine and better than nearby complexes but not the management.

Apartments are great but few support stuffs are not...
We have lived in this community for 15 months and We have mixed feelings. Though the quality of apartments and amenities are very good with very good maintenance stuffs (always reachable), few employees and stuffs in leasing office are horrible. The leasing manager Roberto is never available for your queries and assistance leasing manager Erika is the rudest person on planet earth. She can insult you in your face!!

Best place to stay near to usaa
It the best place to stay if you want to stay near to USAA and medical center area. Good leasing staff and immediate response in resolving any problem for the apartment. I would have rated 5 if they would have included cover parking in the rent.
