Terrible communication from the leasing company. Takes forever to get work orders done. Once it finally gets done, there is no communication telling you it’s been completed. Lack of security. Apartment building is built unevenly. Old. Live somewhere else.

they knew of my move in date 6 weeks in advance!!!

original move in date had to be pushed back 10 days because when I went it was absolutely horrible! dirty, roaches everywhere, roach droppings in cabinets, etc. maintenance was rude and asked me "what's wrong with it?". Had to sign a new lease and when I did inventory check nothing but the roach droppings had been fixed. there was mold/water damage above the shower head and a hole in the restroom ceiling by the vent. There is also a weird... musty smell throughout the unit.

they had a lady stop by to clean the baseboards to which she said she couldn't get everything because it looked like it was painted over or it was too hard to get. her solution was to cover it with caulking. She also told me it would be easier for me to deal with the gaps in the ceilings where the roaches are getting in myself rather than waiting for maintenance to address it.

I called on a later day asking if pest control had been done and was told to "be patient" and in the meantime to put trash bags over the gaps until maintenance can deal with it.

Resigning my lease was the worst mistake of my life. Do not move here. Go anywhere but here. It is nothing but migraines, stress, mold, and disappointment. Worst apartments you can find.

Most of the units are out of date !! Roach infested•Mold• they paint over everything and call it new• maintenance is horrible they don’t do any of the work orders you put in• office phone is never working
The past year I’ve been here I can’t keep track of how many staff they’ve gone through + the head manager changes every month because this place is damaged goods !
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

8+ months of complaining and calling to have a water leak fixed in the ceiling. The leak developed black mold and after 8+ months, someone came, made the hole bigger, stopped the leak, and left the giant hole and mold.

I sent a letter explaining I would be breaking the lease and leaving overseas due to work and the conditions of the apartment being unlivable. They call and say they never got the letter I sent, despite it showing someone signed for it. They say I owe 2100+ for the broken lease.... ..I don't owe anything. 8+ months of collecting phone calls complaining about the issues...and black mold...avoid these apartments at all costs.
