lack of communication

I went and signed papers and payed for application fee’s on November 1st. They told me the apartment would be ready to move in on December 1st, so I wasn’t worried about any delays, but I never received any calls all month on any updates from them. The only call I ever got was asking to tell my current apartments to answer their phones because they weren’t answering, but they were calling an entire different apartment the whole time. So a week before my move in date I called (mind you I had... called several times to be sure everything was okay) and the assistants said Stephanie was not there, and she was the only one who could answer my questions. I waited till Monday when Stephanie would be back and she told me that they were needing more information. I didn’t understand why she barely told me this only a few days before my move in date, like literally less than a week. But I gave her the many different things she asked from me to get me approved. She told me this ‘delay’ would cause my move in date to push further back. So I waited, moved out of my current apartment, and called several times to ask for any updates. Stephanie didn’t tell me until 2 days AFTER the move in date, that I didn’t get approved. I am now searching for an apartment while everything i own is in my car because I wasn’t prepared for this to happen, especially because I went in a month prior to move in. And if they got me not-approved within a week, I don’t understand how It took longer than a month to update me on anything. I feel disrespected and like they totally forgot or dismissed my application.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Unfortunately, your current apartment community had temp employees that provided incorrect email addresses. Staff tried to fax as well however at that time their fax was not working. We apologize... for any miscommunication as you did not qualify based on our rental criteria. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience.

Horrible Renters!

Do not move in on this property! I’ve only lived here 3 months and already been hearing screaming, yelling, fighting from neighbors, the ambulance is always here blocking my car when I need to leave, the dumpster is always overflown, parking is EXTREMELY LIMITED. The property is nice but most renters DO NOT know how to be grown adults!!!! There is always shouting and fighting every night on this property! I don’t not recommend if you like your peace, this place is a negative environment.

Wrong info

There is a billboard sign about the apartment outside the complex. It has a incorrect phone number. We've called it numerous times and it belongs to a lady who is extremely confused as why we keep calling about apartments. Any clarification would be helpful.
