The Flats at Big Tex - Historical Access

Deceptive management. Applied for an apartment at a good rate, once approved I was offered an apartment that was $400 more and told the rates I applied at were incorrect. Then told the application fee was nonrefundable even though the rate change was THEIR fault. Sent my complaints to the BBB to hopefully get my application fee back.
Just beware of their deception and tactics to try and get money out of you.

Premises are consistently dirty and dog poop pins overflowing with poop.

Car has been broken into in front of building 3 twice, reported to management with Police case numbers and they continue to fail to install any lighting or security cameras.

Mold was found in my AC Unit.

Management doesn't care you are just a number here and will do everything to make your life difficult out of spite.

Avoid at all costs, plenty of other locations that will take better care of you.

This is the worst ran complex I have ever lived in. Garbage left in the hallways all weekend and Managment doesn’t care. Elevators always broken. Filthy grounds, dog poop all over and no bags to clean up, packages and even cars stolen.
