The Gateway Residences at Port San Antonio

At first I wasn’t sure about moving in... but you can tell they are remodeling them and honestly I can’t find anywhere in SA where I can get this amount of space for the cost. Maintenance has been fast.. front office ladies are amazing. They got a better office manager (that might of been the problem before)

Yes, they aren’t brand new but if you want brand new then you should go else’s where.. although the granite countertops are nice, we had a brand new AC system, refrigerator, stove and... dish washer when we moved in. Now as far as safety.. I work late and get home late (I’m a female) and not once has anyone messed with me or messed with my car or my apartment. I feel safe for the most part. The best thing I love about being here besides the cost.. there’s NO ROACHES or RATS!! (My worst fears). I lived at an apartment complex before where I though it was safe cause of location and I’ve seen more crime there than here.. hope this helps anyone. Read More

My family was moving from one apartment to another in December and vandals broke into apartment and stole personal belongings. A rash of vehicle break in’s Recently affecting Me and neighbors. Onsite security isn’t deterring the problem! Poor security and poor lighting, No curfew enforcement.
