Do not move here!

massive mold issues (drywall and in vents), constant water issues, mail boxes have been broken for months, multiple vehicle break-ins, management is unresponsive, maintenance repairs are half assed, lack of urgency with any issues, management misplaced my pet deposit records and I was forced to pay twice, the complex is run down. They advertised renovated units but the truth is, they’ve masked problem areas with glue and paint. do not move here!

looking for a new home

I am looking for a new home and I was with speaking to Carmen the apartment manager, who was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the amenities and also letting me know what all the neighborhood has to offer the closeness to surrounding stories and food locations, Hillside Canyon apartments property has a lot to offer I will be returning to make it my new home

Maintenance no response

7 hours with no AC, call and report it at 11:15 am. On call service stated will call maintenance, call after two hours, on service stated maintenance on the way. They lie call at 530 pm and they said I'm sorry but maintenance not able to come out today, so no AC all day and night really, this is outrageous. Even with my 1 year old with asthma and it was reported on the first call. Please do not move to this place maintenance sucks. I've been living here for 2 years. I'm calling every two hours,… same response there should a law against this issue.

I just wanted someone to take the time to work with me if possible and Lacey the Leasing Manager did just that! She is kind, wonderful to speak with, and is doing all that she can to help me out! Regardless of my approval or not she was willing to take the time to deal with me! I recommend this place to anyone!!!
