Terrible Management
Applying to Landon Ridge has been a nightmare. I was initially promised a background check would be done within 3-5 days, but it’s been over two weeks with no updates or progress. Their constant assurances of daily updates were empty promises. This incompetence has cost me a small fortune—I've had to pay for hotels and make multiple trips from my current apartment in Dallas, all while waiting on them.
I eventually applied to another apartment next door, where my background check was completed... and approved in just one day. Landon Ridge now has my payment for the admin fee, which is non-refundable and a complete waste for nothing. Their reliance on an inexperienced third party for basic tasks like background checks is a huge red flag. I'm glad I discovered their lack of professionalism early on before committing to more issues.
Also, the property is still under heavy construction. Spare yourself the frustration and choose a place that values your time.
