I am looking for a place for my mother whom is trying to relocate here. I have called and visited several places and like all the others they didn’t really stand out or make me want to come back. I met with Ian and right off the the bat he made me feel like this would be a great place for her. He was so focused on what we needed instead of just trying to rent an apartment. He took the time to understand what we needed and show us why it would be the best place for us. Friendly, knowledgeable... about the area and things she can do. We defiantly will be back. Excited to hopefully call this place home.
