Came in with Aunt and the office staff was great. They showed us a tour and all the amenities. Natalie was able to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to coming back in 2024 to apply

Overall the only issue I have is with management not answering phones and if you leave messsge you dont get a response.

I love the Sorento been here 5years and dont want to go anywhere else! They just need to get management organized so many come and go!! But very happy with the management we have now hopefully they here to stay!!

Wonderful place to live. Management/resident communication is basically nonexistent. Current maintainance staff has limited ability and work ethic. I have been waiting to get a faulty kitchen light fixed since July 30, 2021! Pigeon poo is a health hazard that has yet to be addressed.
