Don't move here

No ac they said it was on back order for 2 months but yesterday he said we will have it today and he order it last Friday he lied about being on back order AC been out for almost a month now they won't fix it. They just come look at it. Don't waste your time here plus there is no swimming pool here they won't fix that.

This place is horrible. A/C gas not worked properly since we moved in Aug 2021. Pool has never been opened du to it being nasty and not maintained. No management of maintenence on site, and the price is for a lot nicer place.

Nightmare

This place is by far a nightmare. Terrible maintenance, HORRIBLE management, they will pad on your water bill. Non working AC units that never get fixed. There’s a huge plumbing, and foundation issue. There’s no on site management. Pool is only cleaned after is incredibly dirty. Do not move here. You will retreat it immediately. Also they WILL try to destroy your rental history, even if you don’t owe them a dime

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I lived here for 5 years. Paid my rent on time, had zero violations, was barely home, since I traveled. I endured the poor maintenance, and broken AC. The buildings are very old with foundation issues. Broken appliances, NO management, other than the VERY rude sisters, Chasity and Brittany. They’re here every now and then. I finally chose to move, only to find out, management keeps giving me FALSE bad references by telling the apartments I’m applying with, I have violations. NEVER, have I... received violations, other than getting into discussions with the girls, due to the major issues in this complex. They’re padding our water bill, since there was a major leak in the complex. Our bill went from 20ish dollars to $40-$50 and they claim, is correct. Is not worth it. This people are BEYOND unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Seriously, Don't move here.

Future tenant,

My Wife and I have lived at this complex now 4 maybe close to 5 years. Management is rarely ever on the property, Maintenance? Laughable.

Save yourself the headache, go look at literally any other property in the area.
