The office manager is great! However the apartment unit i got has some serious molding issues. I haven't been living here for a year, but in the 3rd month, i noticed the mold in the main restroom near the tub and tile. I continue to put bleach in that area every 2-3 weeks, but it's really growing bad from underneath and not to mention the water takes forever to go down with the drain caps they have, due to the plumbing issues, this apartments have. And they have a roach problem, I consider... myself a clean person but I've notice a few roaches ONLY in my restroom, come to find out, they were coming from a open crack from behind my toilet. As for the tub, the coating started to come off in the third or fourth month, looks ugly and my toilet wasn't flushing correctly due to an old toilet that was eventually replaced after 9 months living here. Not to mention I live on the 3rd floor and the neighbor below me would constantly bang on the ceiling since i had wood floors and children living with me, they expected us not to walk but tiptoe in the apartment that i pay rent for. The neighbors are not considerate of others, not to mention limited parking. I am not renewing my lease and i can find better. Read More

We Love The Complex we feel safe leaving our kids play outside and go swimming in the pool it’s an awesome gated community the managers there are very nice very sweet very kind We recommend your apartment to other people is awesome what they do for everybody
