Timber Ridge Apartments

The staff is amazing both office and maintenance. They are on top of everything!! Highly recommend.

ROACHES everywhere the entire complex is infested it doesn't
matter how clean you keep your apartment because your neighbor has them and your neighbors neighbor has them and they will just move back in unless you want to get used to roaches crawling on you at night and getting in your food stay far away not to mention I haven't had A/C the whole time

I've lived here for 5+ years and quality has severely gone down.

The front lady is very rude. Will give attitude for no go reason and she will make it very clear that she's annoyed with you and hates you!

Maintenance is very slow. Sometimes they'll straight up forget about you. You're lucky if they respond to your request at all.

Ac/Heat hasn’t been working since October. The neighbors flooded their apartment abd the only thing Timber Ridge fixed was the carpet. Soemone broke the door I’m assuming trying to fix the carpet. My water has been trickle to none since the storm and I’ve been living in 88 degree heat while it’s 90 degrees outside. I’ve reported it multiple times and nobody has gotten back to me unless I’ve stopped them outside or gone into office. They say they’ve fixed it but all I see different was a... thermostat and then they tell me to place another order if it still doesn’t work which in turn drops me to the bottom of the work order list.
