The Verandas at Alamo Ranch is a pretty good place to live for the area. They do their best to stay on top of everything and I think it shows. Good maintenance, friendly staff, decent neighbors.

Love it here!! So quite so clean. The experience of leasing here was quick and easy. Maintenance is fast! We needed the handle on our toilet fixed and they were here that same day! Awesome place to live! Definitely recommend it!

Pretty good place to live. Management could be a little more professional in informing tenants of changes. Sending an e-mail on Fridays at 3:00 or an e-mail on the same day whatever change goes into effect is not cool. Examples are gate codes, billing issue in group e-mails that do not even pertain to many tenants on that e-mail (but sent last few hours on Friday so no way to check until a Monday), issues with pool, fitness room closures etc. I understand last minute changes that are out of... staff's control but many times I am inconvenienced and its not until I get home and see an e-mail sent hours earlier instead of day before.

Very friendly staff and very easy to talk to. They were extremely helpful and made the process simple and straightforward. The tour for the apartment and the complex was great and was pleased with all the amenities and the community as well.
