Currently Shopping for Apartments
The staff there are completely rude and take no accountability. When walking in they asked me to wear a mask. Okay great no problem. I'm and will always protect the health of others. As I'm a healthcare professional. Well the leasing agent who was showing me the apartment was not wearing a mask. When I asked her why, well she made an excuses. Note this after she walked around the whole property and showed me the nasty FYI the manger had a mask on and made excuses for why it was okay for her... staff member not to wear one. Next they asked was I video recording her on my phone. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. She was completely rude and nasty. Like why would I do that. Apparently they had people record them in the past. I don't believe this place has any integrity and ethics. If you don't believe me go look at their pool. Its green and nasty.

Best managers...Best apartments to live at
I recommend getting an apartment at Marbach park apartments. The manager Jessica, busy still found time to help me n my family im so grateful. maintenance personnel are always on top of thier orders. Thank you guys best place to live at

NEW Management is Awesome!!
I was very skeptical about moving here after reading a few reviews. But I am glad I made an appointment to tour Marbach Park. The new office staff is fantastic and the grounds are always well kept. Awesome property and location. Don't believe everything you read.
