Oh how I love my apartment

Been in my apartment for over 5 years. Love the office team and also the maintenance team!!!never have a problem getting anything fixed and rarely have any problems.. The view of the pool is so peaceful

Satisfied retired long-time resident

Although the property is 40 years old , the capable maintenance staff repairs issues in a friendly , timely manner. The office staff does their job well .
They do ask for a written service request , not phone call . There is lots of lawn and many trees
There are both families and retired individuals here and most are genial . Many also are bilingual .
Electric service is very reliable , no long outages .
There are 2 bus routes going north & south about every 20-25 minutes interconnecting with… other routes . A multi-award winning public transit system in Texas .
The complex is within a 3 mile driving radius of 2 Walmart's & 3 HEB grocery stores .

rates are comparable to others in this area.the pools need attention. they need to be painted . they are not that pretty. they are old. cracks on walls inside and out.

the cost is good. the people from the office are nice. the grounds are keeped okay. the floors have cracks in the cement. the carpets were not replaced before we moved in . so they are in bad shape . the maintence people are polite. i like living on this side of San Antonio (N.E.).
