Villas at Costa Brava

I have been out here for 7 Years now. And I thought things would be better with new managers and maintenance, but I see it did not make a difference. The maintenance workers are still lazy. It’s seems like every year something is taken away from their duties and it’s on the tenants to come out of pocket on. What are they getting paid for if they don’t do much work?? It’s Dog Poop all in the grass everywhere I look. And my family is paying for our own Pest Control to come out and spray my... apartment and all that. This is a mess. I have came in the office 2 times and couldn’t even speak to the manager. We have to come in the office to switch out air filters instead of maintenance doing it every 2 or 3 months like before.
I’m over it all. The gates are always broke.
I have to get my maintenance friends to fix things when I need them done.

I love our apartment and the staff they are amazing !

Love how light and clean my apartment looks. The color of the walls and the floors are my favorite part of my apartment. Management is great and love how I can walk my kid to the school bus stop in front of the office every morning .

Lauren the manager was her nice and courteous to me and answered every question me and my wife had. We had a great experience dealing with her.

The manager is very rude. For a rental verification she resorted to threatening me. When I tell you I have no information available on your potential resident that is what it means. I do feel it would be better for this person to rent elsewhere anyway.
