Woodhill Apartments

It's under new management and haven't had to deal with them.
On top of the hill, everyone is very friendly forthe most part and calm. Love the bus route for school is available. I've een here 5yrs and no problems!

DON'T MOVE HERE

Maintenance does not care how anything is fixed they had to come and "fix" our heater 5 times in one week and the guy even admitted that he didn't know about wiring and electrical things. 6 months to fix our microwave and it worked for a whole 2 days before the wiring blew out. Now someone in maintenance decided they wanted to change a part of our lock and now I cannot lock my door. Don't move here and waste your money. save yourself time and hassle because office staff doesn't care about you… after you've given them your money. The property manager is the worst one out of all of them she just stays in her office all day and will dismiss you if you complain directly to her.

Woodhills Apartments- don't live here!!!

I have lived in these apartments since 2009 and unfortunately I have seen it go down in quality TREMENDOUSLY! So much so, we are moving when our lease is up in December. The air conditioner units break down ALL of the time throughout the entire complex. In July we were without air for 8 days and temperatures reached 86° degrees inside our apartment. Despite repeated maintenance requests and the expressed urgency due to my respiratory issues- maintenance told me that it wasn't an emergency. They… would not give me a window unit nor allow me to temporarily move into a vacant unit until the issue was resolved. Needless to say, we bought 4 fans plus used 2 ceiling fans until they finally fixed it. Two weeks ago my air conditioner went out AGAIN while we were in 3 digit temperature days outside (reaching 90° at 11pm at night inside) - this lasted for 9 days. I pleaded with them to fix it or move us because I got sick and they would not. I filled a complaint and they only fixed it because the news media was called and came out. There are roaches, the main pool hasn't been opened in 3 years, the manager is rude, maintenance requests don't get answered, ceilings leak... I can't not express my disappointment enough and would be writing another hour if I told it all. Please avoid living here if possible.
