    Do not recommend this property

    I moved in June 2026. In August 2026 we didnt have hot water for a week. September 10th we lost hot water again. The morning of the 11th it was back up and going good. Now the early evening of the 11th we dont have any water yet again. The kicker to this is they wait and shut it off right before people are getting home from work instead of doing the work in the morning. I 100% DO NOT recommend anyone moving into this property.
