maintenance fine, portal needs work the maintenance personnel are friendly and make sure everything is properly taken care of.
Grounds people need to learn proper handling of blower. should not need to blow garbage into residence patios. also, not sure why it takes five different blowers in three different passes in the area behind building 7 - it's not that big. waste of money.
also, why can the portal send out notices of missing cats, but not scheduled inspections. since the potal is not... reliable only woeks 10% of the time, it's useless to keep checking. other apps cant send notices to phone, not loft.

You get what you pay for

Bugs, poorly maintained, and dog poop but I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst Management Staff

The people that work in the front office are the most rude and unhelpful people I have ever experienced. They will try to take as much money as they possibly can from you. I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment after normal business hours one time and it took them 3 hours to come let me in. I literally called every 30 minutes and every time they said "someone is on their way". Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

I'd rather live in a litter box

Do not live here. I could write a novel full of all the terrible experiences we had at this complex between the staff and the rodent population. It is hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever been to, or lived in. The office staff are the worst kind of people, I genuinely do not understand how they got positions in customer service. It's cheap for a reason. And not worth it, even a little. Please, for your health, sanity, and quality of life, do not live here.

The worst costumer service ever

At first they very nice but as soon as you pay them their attitude change .
they’re VERY very rude and mean . Also they always come up with these extra fees to make you pay for no reason and they’re not giving you anything in return . also you can hear your neighbors conversations because the wall are thin. Don’t waste your money and effort on them ,the last thing you want to deal after long of work is bad Landerlourd.
Also This place is dirty and full of huge rats during the winter .
Do your... self a favor and look somewhere else.
