Clarewood Apartments

My significant other and I lived here for a year and we encountered numerous issues. First off, our apartment had a leak THE WHOLE TIME we lived there. We called maintenance maybe 4 different times to resolve this issue and each time was just patch work. Along with this, each time they ensured it would be fixed. The water continuously running down the wall each time it rained caused them to have to repaint the whole wall on two different occasions. Another issue we encountered was being charged… even after we paid our final dues for the apartment. They charged us $300 to redo the tub flooring even though we moved in with the tub like that. We decided to just suck it up pay so we could be out and done with the apartment complex and 4 months after they sent an extra $150 to collections for us to pay. 4 MONTHS after. There was no prior note to explain what exactly the charge was for. The communication on managements side is poor and honestly it’s just not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I have had an issue with management, it is constantly changing. There was a leak on our ceiling and immediately reported it unfortunately it took almost 2 months for the maintenance crew to take a look and fix it a week later.

our apartment wasnt completely ready when we first moved in. there was a leak in the Sink and bath tub drain, also our cabinets needed to be replaced. we called the office and they had everything fixed the same day.there are a lot of wasp nests around the complex and we get hard water deposits from the dishwasher.. but our neighbors are great and quiet, the apartment is cozy and if theres an issue the office sends maintenance right away
