Manager did nothing about neighbors dog constantly barking for an entire year.

The worst place I've ever lived, If you get a place with a backyard, you will not sleep, or get any work done. The first day I moved in I saw roaches and it only got worse over time, again the manager did nothing. I think if he was replaced by someone who is actually willing to do something it might be a nice place to live.

Been here two years love it!

I've been living here going on my second year now and don't get me wrong they have their issues just like every other place does, however the staff works really well with you especially if you just let them know. Rent is a very affordable price comes with water as well. they're always very fast if it's a problem if I have anything all I have to do is let them know and they're usually there within a day or two. They're very friendly and understand you a lot. It's a great place to live if you… have a small family or in school.

An excellent choice for all types at executive town homes

I’ve lived here for almost three years now, maintence has always been an expedient and hassle free experience. The management is super freindly, and is always trying to improve the quality of living and he always makes sure the residents are happy and are unified as a community. It’s a great place for a family or for the average college student on a budget. Plus papa johns will give a 50% discount on delivery for living here, which is awesome. I highly recommend executive town homes… enthusiastically.

Do not rent here

These people take advantage of college kids. They didn't even clean the apartment before we moved in. Live and dead bugs everywhere. The kitchen appliances were scary to use. The sink was clogged, the shower drain was clogged maintenance never came to fix it like they said they would. The ceiling started leaking, no handle or lock on the backdoor. The price is not worth the trouble! If I could give negative stars I would

Executive Townhomes - Reasonable Price, Lots of Space

Executive Townhomes offers two-bedroom, two-story town homes for a fair price. They're great if you want to escape the loud parties found at many other San Marcos apartment complexes, and are only a 10-minute bus ride (or drive) away from campus. Pros: lots of space, reasonable price, some buildings have huge backyards which are great for pets and get-togethers, recently remodeled with tile and laminate wood flooring. Cons: and old appliances, short-staffed as far as maintenance (though they do… respond quickly to tickets), very small pool, and unreliable community clothes washers & dryers. Overall, solid place to live, very few complaints--especially for the price!
