Very friendly and easy to meet people. I enjoy spending time on my balcony and the pool. I also enjoy the gym, there is very nice equipment. The tanning deck is also very nice.

I really enjoy the amenities that the parlor has to offer. Welcome week was fun and I really liked the nacho bar and the coffee truck. I look forward to enjoying the rest of my lease at the parlor

The Parlor Apartments are a great place to live spacious layouts, modern amenities, and a welcoming community. Management is responsive, and the location makes daily life super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable and stylish living.

The place is nice and is in a good spot. The only thing is the walk to campus since there is not shuttle provided so you shoe up to class sweating. The way the staff does things like placement can be a little weird and parking also sells out so fast.
