Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Noise levels are monitored to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
