The property does not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets should be discussed in advance and are only allowed if house-trained, with a pet cleaning fee applied. The fireplace is currently inoperable.
