Parking is permitted only in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house, with a maximum of 3 cars allowed. Do not block any driveways. Guests are not permitted to order mail or packages to this location. Communication with neighbors or the landlord is prohibited; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Due to the hot and humid climate, bugs may be present in the home; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given if you cancel. Maintenance requests for minor issues like blinds, curtains, or lightbulbs are addressed based on the maintenance team's schedule after emergency requests. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are service animals. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties and no-smoking policy is enforced, with devices to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag left inside the unit is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets of consumables and toiletries are provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more if needed. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. Guest sign-in and government-issued ID upload are required for verification and to receive check-in instructions.
