Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Guests must upload a government-issued ID and fill out a guest sign-in form as part of the screening process. Please do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord directly; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. You may see bugs in the home, as Oklahoma has a hot and humid climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. If the key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash; a $25 charge applies per bag over that. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. The public pool requires regular maintenance and may be closed for cleanings; please verify availability if this is an amenity you plan to use. No refunds will be provided if the pool is closed for seasonality, weather, or cleanings if not verified beforehand.
