Late checkouts are subject to approval and fees, with a $25 charge for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, and $35 for a same-day request. Guests must sign in and upload a government-issued ID after booking as a screening process. If the key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unapproved extra guests will result in a $250 fine.
