If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed 2 bags of trash; each bag over that is a $25 charge. Pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal.
