Parking is permitted in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house, with a maximum of 3 cars. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. You may see bugs in the home, as Oklahoma has a hot and humid climate that attracts insects; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. A strict no-parties and no-smoking policy is enforced, with devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with these devices will result in a $150 fine. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in the initial booking will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag of trash is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trash can out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
