The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and devices are in place to detect it. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 11am. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $50 fee for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash; per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. The public pool has specific hours (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM Daily) and rules, including no lifeguard on duty, two guests per household, persons under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, no glass containers, proper swim attire required, no diving, running, or rough play, no pets allowed in the pool area, no smoking or vaping, no loud music, and guests must clean up after themselves. We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff. Any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.) will result in a $500 fine. Please notify us if you experience any smells or bugs, and allow 1 hour to 24 hours for a resolution. Maintenance requests are handled by the property management team and may take time to be addressed. Normal stains and wear and tear on linens and towels are expected. The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit. The public pool may sometimes be closed for regular cleanings; please verify availability if it is an amenity you look forward to using.
