The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private entrance to the unit with self check-in capacities through a keypad. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form and undergo a background check. Communication with neighbors/landlord is not permitted; all communication must be through the booking platform. Violations of lease agreements, such as smoking or noise complaints, will result in a $500 fine. Due to Oklahoma's climate, bugs may be present in the home, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you have trouble accessing the unit, please call for assistance. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact support, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are NOT allowed, and a violation will result in a $200 fine, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported gatherings will result in a $250 fine. The cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest; an unreasonable mess post-checkout will incur an additional $100 fee. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; trash cans should be moved out Monday evening. There are smoke/noise detectors in place; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Clean towels may be drying in the dryer. A washer and dryer are available for use. Linens and towels are freshly laundered between guest visits. For mid/long-term stays (7 days or more), guests are responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
