Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Please note that bugs may be present in the home due to the climate. If you have trouble accessing the unit, please call for assistance. Maintenance requests may experience delays depending on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are NOT allowed, and a $200 fine will be issued for this violation unless they are a service animal. If keys are not returned or are damaged, a $35 fee will apply. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damage, disrespecting the property, or gatherings with unlisted guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; any additional bags will incur a $25 charge per bag. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
