Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and may incur fees of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway or on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking any driveways. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. Communication with neighbors or the landlord is prohibited; all communication must be through the booking platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Guests may encounter bugs in the home due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations, unless they are a service animal. A fee of $35 will be charged if the key is not returned or is damaged. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported gatherings. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge per bag applies for excess trash. Trash day is Tuesday morning; guests are expected to move the trash can out on Monday evening. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries are provided, and guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can for trash day. The public pool may be closed for regular cleanings or maintenance; guests should verify availability if it's an amenity they plan to use, as no refunds will be provided if the pool is closed.
