There is a private entrance to the building with self check-in capabilities via a lockbox. Failure to adhere to the no-smoking policy will lead to an immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund and a $200 cleaning fee. No drug use or marijuana is allowed on the property. There is a $20 damage protection fee charged after booking confirmation. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved. Late check-outs must be approved, or you will be charged for an additional night. Packages are not allowed to be delivered to this location. Maintenance requests are dependent on the property management maintenance team's schedule. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $300 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $200 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; any bag over that is a $25 charge. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided; beyond that, the guest is responsible for acquiring more.
