Heritage Court Luxury Townhomes

First I want to start with me and my husband have not even lived there for a year and our experience has been absolutely awful. We will not be renewing our lease.

Our experience with the management of the apartment complex is unprofessional, and no one stays long enough for us to know who we are supposed to reach out to. They also do not give a crap about issues that arise with other tenants, for example my dog was attacked by another dog that the other tenants left outside not on a leash and... did not do anything about it. They do not adhere to the picking up after your dog policy, the dog run is completely full of poop and very unsanitary. They have messed up our rent payments several times, and this last time they reversed our payment even though we paid on time. Our first month there our rent said it wasn't due until the 27th, and I come home from work to find an eviction notice on our door even though we had already paid the small portion of rent for the week that we moved in and was waiting until the 27th to pay our next rent payment. There are tenants that live around us that smoke weed and it is very strong, but nothing is done about it even when it is potent enough for the smell to come into our apartment. The apartment management no longer answers my emails or text messages with complaints, issues, or questions. They ignore my calls and do not follow up on my emails. The only person they will talk to is my husband, and that is after I have tried calling several times. Something needs to be done about your management team.

This is the worst apartment complex that we have lived in. The Heritage Court Townhomes pride themselves on being upscale, but the people you allow to live there, the rules that are not abided by, and the people that manage your property are downright trashy and awful. We would have been better off staying in our 1970's apartment where it was quiet, management cared about us, we didn't have weed smell in our apartment, my dog never got attacked, and we didn't have to deal with something negative every single month. I have visited this property, and I think it is absolutely stunning! These townhomes really are luxurious and well thought out. I love that they don't all look exactly the same, yet they are cohesive. These homes have everything you could want and on top of that, the Staff is kind and prompt. I also love that when you call, you speak to an actual person! If you're looking for the perfect place to live, this is it!

Every thing about this apartment is good.Both the staff and the maintenance are good and okay.

The property is always well-maintained, and the management team is professional and attentive to residents' needs.
