The dining area offers a dining room table with seating for 8, a breakfast bar with seating for 3, place settings and dining utensils, curated decorative shelving, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The chic and sophisticated living room features stylish modern furniture, plenty of seating options, a coffee table, stools, and a designer rug, as well as a media console, artwork, and a mirror. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
