With quartz countertops, a center kitchen island, and top-of-the-line appliances, this space is sure to delight any home chef. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, fridge, freezer, stove, and microwave, along with all basic cooking essentials. The dining area offers a comfortable environment with a dining room table seating eight and a breakfast bar seating three. The chic and sophisticated living room is an elegant space for gathering, furnished with plenty of seating options, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space on the driveway and in the two-car garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The property features a noise alert device to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should be used with caution, and towels are provided for your use, though you may bring your own pool towels if desired.
