Free parking is available on the driveway as well as in the two-car garage. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. No parties or events are allowed. Only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture. The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 10am. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
