This is a great place to live. I have been happy since moving here 3 months ago and the location is great as well. The office staff are so friendly and very accommodating to any needs. It’s quiet and have very friendly neighbors that often greet you with a wave and a smile. The property as far as I can tell for the last 3 months have been diligently repairing and improving the property since the hurricane.

Do not move here. They charge an astronomical amount of fees when you first move in if they feel that your credit isn’t high enough. I have never experienced that in any other building I’ve lived in and those were actually luxury. There is a roach infestation, especially in the kitchen. You can call the exterminator every two weeks, but it doesn’t matter. During the summer there’s a huge wasp problem that they find “too dangerous” to ask the exterminator to fix. The apartment looks outdated as… well. The cost of a three bedroom here is the same as a two bedroom in a luxury apartment. If you can manage to downsize I’d recommend you do that. If you have no other option, this apartment does the job of keeping a roof over your head and it is very close to food, libraries, schools, etc. Read More

The prices shown are before they add about $250 worth of fees every month. It’s outrageous especially for the small space you pay for. The employees are sweet but don’t necessarily help in most situations. Maintenance is ok. They are false advertising these prices and it’s crazy. They also are looking to increase my rent after only one leasing contract for 14 months. They of course blamed the state but it’s complete Bs when they prices they advertise for the same unit as mine, are the same as… what I currently pay.
