Not the best, not the worst

I've lived here for 2 years almost. Its pretty quiet. I feel safe, I Iive alone with my daughter. There is a courtesy officer on the property. The only grievance I have is how maintenance does not do a thorough job. Communication is an issue between the office and tenants. When i call for maintenance I always have to call and check if anyone is coming, or if anyone has come to fix the leaks. Leaks seem to be a frequent issue maybe 2-4 times since I've lived here. Its an old property so I get it.… But anytime I have had water damage there has been no clean up. The water stains are left on the wall looking nasty, water has been left under the vinyl I guess for me to dry myself? Yesterday when they came to fix a leak in my apartment, for some reason the dishwasher started leaking. I just feel like maintenance doesnt care and does the minimal amount of work. I just called and I was informed that the work is not done. But I feel like I should not have to call to get an update, I should be given one. If it was just to do with maintenance I would give two stars.

Trash apartments

First day me and my wife and kids moved in we noticed a flea problem, contacting the office. They told us they put new carpet down. But that doesn't mean fleas will just go away. Always noiesy here kids everywhere. I've seen snake by the trash can. Don't come here save yourself the stress.

Worst Apartments in History

These aparrments started off okay until I seen that they had a roach and rat infestation. My unit got flooded out and the staff didn't care. Maintence are underpaid so they. Clearly don't care. Mold in a.c. units. I had to break my lease.

Not what I expected but whatever!

People who lack morals, ignorant and rude stay here. Kids are unruly and tear down the property. Staff is nice but property needs to be updated.

Highly recommended

This complex is great. The management are the best. They are always on time for any and all maintence request. They are more than willing to accept packages on your behalf if you are not there to accept. They do great things for the tenets: pool parties, giving out school supplies, contest for the tenets to win prizes, movie nights, etc. to promote tenet relations. They offer many rental discounts and have their tenets at heart. Thumbs up to Stafford Run Apartments.
