Unhelpful Leasing Office
Their bad reviews are 100% honest. I reached out to the leasing office and told the lady I didn’t know the unit number off the top of my head, but I knew it was available on March 6th. I asked if she could email the videos and photos. She told me to check the website. Then I asked which floor plan it was, and she said I could look it up myself. I explained that I was asking questions because I thought it was the leasing officer’s job to answer them and help bring in customers. She replied that I... hadn’t even told her the unit number. I said she could ask me questions and I would respond. Then she asked if it was a one-bedroom.
At that point, I realized this was not an apartment building I wanted to deal with, so I excused myself and ended the call. Keep in mind, I was on an international call and reached out because these sites are hard to access from outside the U.S. Leasing officers are paid to help customers, not push them away because they don’t want to do their job. I do not recommend this building.
