Farrah is amazing! She is so kind, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She truly goes above and beyond, and it shows. She is the best!

The maintenance technician was nice, but he was using loud profanity while working in the shop. Farrah immediately apologized for the situation and assured us that she would speak with him about it, which we really appreciated.

I actually stopped by last year, but the manager at the time was rude, and it left a bad impression. After... hearing so many great things about Farrah, I decided to give the community another chance—and I'm so glad I did! She has completely changed this place for the better. I’ve lived here 7+ years !! Zero complaints. The new apartment manager Farrah is the absolute best !! She has effortlessly cleaned up and made this a lovely place to live . Pools clean and always open . Grass is always mowed and they are always there anytime anything you need . I highly recommend if your looking for a good place in taylor to live

Property needs updating. All their doing is patch work. The contractors they have doing the carpet. Replaces it quick but the job is not good quality. Carpet already coming up. Havent been a year. Resufing the tubs already peeling less than a year. The foundation is shifting and the drive way has holes and cracks. They have raised rent up 100 dollars for the past three years. The so call work out room and laundry only open during office hours. No weekends. Not convenient for anyone so your... paying for something you can't even use. Parking is horrible. Management issuued parking pases for residents. Only problem is they issued passes for every vehicle registered to each apartment. So if you got 5 vehicles they are registered. Leaving no room for other residents to park. Everyone has a garage but all dont use. Please don't waste your money. If your going to pay these high prices go somewhere that's worth it. Read More
