Nice Amenities, Very Poorly Managed
The management staff is terrible. I moved in to a “brand new” apartment that had drywall all over the carpet and dead crickets everywhere. When I moved out and paid off my last months rent I was told I was good to go. Months later I got a call from a collections agency for “unpaid dues” to Ariza. They sent me to collections for $197 without ever giving me a phone call or notifying me in any way saying it was for my “move out balance.” All of my rent was paid on time and in full my entire time... living there and left my apartment undamaged and clean. The amenities are nice and that’s about the only thing going for it. I could list a plethora of other instances management’s lazy approach towards communication led to confusion and frustration but you can find out for yourself if you decide to move there!
