Great Move In Experience

I recently moved into Portico and had a great experience from start to finish! The entire move-in process was very smooth, and the leasing agents were incredibly helpful throughout. They provided clear information, kept me updated every step of the way, and made everything stress-free.

When I arrived, the apartment was spotless and move-in ready, which I really appreciated. They even left a cute welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch! Overall, I’ve had a wonderful first impression and... am very happy with my decision to move here.

Highly recommend!

The staff has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I’ve needed anything. The property is very well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office team genuinely cares about the residents. The amenities and overall atmosphere make it a really enjoyable place to live. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment complex!

Highly recommend!

I have loved living here and would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Temple area. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful, and maintenance is always quick to complete any work order requests. The pool is so relaxing in the summer!

I moved into Portico's in Nov 2018 and have loved every minute living here. The staff is friendly and prompt in responses. The maintenance folks are top notched and exceed expectations. Highly recommend living here.
