    Great place to live, but has poor management

    Getting a lease here is stressful, unorganized, and a horrible experience. Management is very unorganized, has poor communication, and everything is through a third party. You have to use two other websites to apply, if you have questions you can’t even contact those companies. Even with previous renters history, making enough income, & great credit I still wasn’t approved. Not only that but the process to get a guarantor was beyond stressful and exhausting. Cost nearly $1000 just to sign a… lease and there are several hidden charges.
